At various locations within our website, you will have the opportunity to place a donation or pay for membership dues. This transaction shall be accomplished through our connection with PayPal. At the time of your PayPal transaction, your information may be stored on your computer in a cookie format. Information collected during this process relates only to your particular transaction with PayPal. The use of cookie technology is not otherwise designed, intended, nor shall be used to collect, store or analyze information pertaining to Internet users. Your contact information will be stored on your computer in a cookie format to reduce or eliminate the necessity of having to re-enter this information on your next transaction with PayPal. Credit card information shall not be collected or retained by the CREST Communication website.

Information concerning your interaction with PayPal shall be sent to CREST Communications, as an E-Mail and your data will be kept confidential by the elected Treasurer of CREST Communications.

Membership or team updates and/or corrections sent via the web are used to generate an E-Mail to CREST Communications. No information is retained on any server after the E-Mail is sent. Website information pertaining to the team, the membership, or sponsorship is updated on a regular basis, but only through the authorized consent of those concerned. While adhering to strict privacy and confidentiality guidelines, information such as a name, mailing address, telephone number, and E-Mail address will be published and made available to vetted members of CREST Communications. Only those authorizing the release of the aforementioned information will be made available for public viewing.

News articles submitted to CREST Communications. for publication will be placed on the web site with appropriate releases including that of any photographer.

Team information data will be placed on the web site and/or released by telephone, fax, E-Mail, or U.S. Postal Service mail with team name, charter number, mailing address, contact telephone number, E-Mail and web site.  Officers' name and telephone number data will only be released when an authorizing initial has been placed on the yearly Officer Report form.
